1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the zer∅ app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Stellr Lab LLC ("we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Service

zer∅ is a photography learning app that provides bite-sized lessons, AI-powered coaching, daily challenges, and progress tracking. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

You may use the app as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free users have limited daily access to AI coach queries
• Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscribers keep their rate until renewal

5. User Content

Photos you submit for AI feedback are processed in real-time for coaching purposes. You retain all rights to your photos. We do not store, share, or use your photos for any purpose other than providing feedback.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the app or AI systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit inappropriate or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. AI Coach Disclaimer

The AI coach provides educational feedback based on photography principles. Feedback is generated by AI and may not always be accurate. It is intended for learning purposes and should not be considered professional photography advice.

8. Intellectual Property

The zer∅ app, including its design, content, lessons, and branding, is owned by Stellr Lab LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Stellr Lab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
