Have the app? You can also go to Profile, then Delete My Data.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel your subscription. If you pay for zer∅ Pro, cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
What happens when you delete
When you confirm, we delete your zer∅ account and its data right away:
- Your account login and email address
- Your profile, progress and lesson history
- Your photo feedback and coach conversations
- Your subscription record at our subscription provider
What we keep
- Copies in encrypted database backups for up to 7 days, until they're overwritten
- A minimal record that the deletion happened (an internal ID and dates, no email address)
- Anonymous analytics that can't be linked to you, for up to 24 months
