Delete your account
You can delete your zer∅ account and its data at any time:
- In the app: Profile, then Delete My Data.
- On the web, without the app: on our account deletion page.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it there first.
FAQ
How do I cancel my subscription?
zer∅ Pro is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your device's subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or it renews automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Ask the store you paid through.
How do I restore my purchase?
In the app, go to Profile, then Restore Purchases.
Are my photos stored?
No. Photos you send for AI coach feedback are processed in real time and aren't stored on our servers.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile, then Delete My Data. Without the app, use our account deletion page.
